Incorporated on May 17th, 2002 as Greensmart Manufacturing Ltd. (Greensmart) is a private corporation involved in energy-efficient building construction and building product sectors. At present we have offices in Fort St John, BC, Dawson Creek, BC, and Calgary AB with manufacturing facilities in Dawson Creek, BC.

Since its inception, Greensmart has assembled a core team of industry experienced individuals with proven track records in construction, development and plant management.

At Greensmart our goal,is to seek out advancements in science and technology and integrate these developments as functional and aesthetic features of each and every Greensmart Home. We take pride in researching each material for its greatest and most far reaching capabilities. We also believe that being constantly informed about scientific developments is essential to the evolution of ideas in architecture.

Greensmart designs and fabricates Greensmart Panels for use in Prefabricated Packages, Custom Homes, Modular Homes, Well Site Office Structure construction, and the marketing of Greensmart Panels to other builders in the building industry.

Panels are used in single homes, multi-family homes, light commercial and industrial buildings, garages and work sheds. Greensmart Manufacturing provides full client support through all stages of the construction process including design, budgeting and jobsite assistance.

138,000 SQ. FT. MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Greensmart Manufacturing has a 138,000 sq. ft. industrial building on 113 acres in Dawson Creek, B.C. In this facility Greensmart manufactures modular homes, well site office structures, commercial buildings, hotels, motels, and affordable living complexes. These all include Greensmart technology where applicable, by providing energy efficiency through SIP panels, recycled materials, i.e. rubber roof, stucco, energy star rated appliances, more efficient heating and cooling systems, lighting systems and many other benefits. We also offer total Greensmart building packages to developers and contractors.
