Transportable by design our buildings are not "portables" in any sense! Built to out last an ordinary portable they are designed as modules and engineered and quality built to be measurably stronger. We use Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) in the module envelope which gives it low energy usage because of better insulation and air tightness qualities. The air tightness of SIPs provides an healthier interior environment when combined with approved HVAC systems. SIPs have superior sound insulation qualities, they block out street and industrial noise better than other insulators.
Studies show that SIPs have a greater return on environment investment than any other readily available building envelop material.
