We construct a premium modular home with premium products. Home packages are offered from a lock-up stage through to a complete home, with flexibility in mind for the new purchaser. The options are not limited to our standard plans, we can work with you to customize your home to your own needs and tastes.

The key difference from other modular home builders is the use of Structural Insulated Panels, or SIPs. The main advantage of SIPs are their superior insulation properties when compared to standard wood-frame construction. SIPs make a home air-tight and extremely energy efficient, and can easily be built to EnerGuide 80+ standards. This helps you save your hard earned cash by lowering your energy bills significantly.

Greensmart SIP prefabricated modular packages are built in a climate-controlled environment in our factory in Dawson Creek British Columbia. Greensmart homes are engineered and built to the specific area where the home is going to be located, which includes most of western Canada. The homes are built in sections in our factory and are put together by a builder on your building site.
