Congratulations to Alcroft Homes for achieving EnerGuide 86!

Alcroft Homes in Grande Prairie is a longtime Greensmart customer. Their latest project, built with Greensmart SIPs, has been blower door tested at EnerGuide 86. In a pre-drywall test conducted recently, this Custom Home achieved 0.3 ACH (Air Changes per Hour), and no further (post-construction) testing will be needed. We would like to congratulate Alcroft Homes on their achievement, and the new owners on their qualification for the highest incentive from the government of Alberta: a cheque for $10,000!
